Tours depart approximately every 45 minutes and last for about an hour. Tours are extremely popular, to please try and arrive early. Turn left when you see Tremont Street. Follow Tremont through several lights. Eventually, Tremont will become Columbus Avenue (pay attention, the change is rather sudden). Take a right onto Amory Street, continuing through two lights. After the second light, turn left onto Porter Street. The Brewery is at the end of Porter Street on the right. If you're coming in from north of Boston take 93 South and exit at 18. Follow the aforementioned directions.
