If there are less than 14 days notice, the deposit is only refundable if the room is rented.

Check in is between 3 and 6 p.m., or by special arrangement. Check out is 11 am. Between 11 and 3, the staff are preparing for your arrival. There is no smoking on the grounds or in the house.
