• By Phone: Customers of Verc Massachusetts Car Rental can order via the DCR's order line at 617-626-4969. Visa and Mastercard are both accepted for these orders. No debit cards please. Please note that you will be required to provide license and vehicle information at the time of ordering.
• By Mail: The DCR accepts personal checks made payable to the "Commonwealth of Massachusetts". If you would like to order a "second car" pass, please add an additional $15 to your check. Checks should be mailed to:
