The Falmouth Museums on the Green tell the story of Falmouth, Massachusetts. Gorey’s books were popular with children, but he did not associate with them much and never married.

The mission of the Edward Gorey House is to celebrate the life and works of Edward Gorey, author, illustrator, playwright, set, and costume designer.
