Room styles

The standard room has one full size bed, a reading chair, Direct TV, HBO, DVD player, CD system, and free bottled water. These rooms are functional, but they are only about 140-180 square feet. The Queen room has one queen size bed, with all of the same amenities above. The room is about 250-300 square feet, so it is a bit more spacious. The Premium Queen is similar to the Queen room, but has a limited view. The benefit of these rooms are that they are the largest and quietest, secluded rooms.

When you choose to stay at the Charlesmark with your rental car in New England, you can check in after 3 p.m. Check out time in noon. Late check outs are subject to availability and may require an additional fee. Boston is known as a "walking city", so the hotel does not have its own parking. However, there are a number of parking garages in the area that you can use, including the Clarendon Street Garage that has special discounted parking with the hotel. The rooms are designed for 2 people (3rd person exceptions are made for children). There is no smoking and no pets allowed in the hotel. A credit card is required to reserve the room and a driver's license or passport must be presented at check-in. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before you stay without charge. After this, you will be responsible for one night's charges.
