So really now, why hold the festival in January?
January really is awful. It's just so darn cold and miserable. So why hold a fun music festival during these dreadful days of winter? Well, it gives Boston rent a car travelers something to look forward to! The initial decision to hold the Celtic Music Festival during the month of January was made because it tends to be a slow time for musicians, which means a lot of local performers are right here in town. Plus, there's no better way to forget about bad weather than listening to some really good music.
Dance to the beat of a different drum
